Landings Real Estate Group is hiring a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction across our portfolio. You will manage tours, applications, screening, and lease execution while coordinating with property teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, knowledge of leasing laws, and accurate record-keeping. A driver’s license and experience in real estate are preferred, with opportunities to advance within a collaborative company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, customer service or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales, preferably within residential or commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse tenant populations.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present leasing options to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage the application and screening process, including background and credit checks, to ensure qualified tenant placement.
• Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports, tracking occupancy rates, lease expirations, and renewals.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local market trends, rental rates, and competitive properties to advise management on pricing and leasing strategies.
