Tricon-Residential seeks a National Leasing Consultant to guide prospects from first contact through application and move-in readiness. You will help clients narrow home options, schedule tours, and re-engage those paused in the process, working with Elise AI to ensure smooth handoffs and pricing alignment.

This role supports a multi-market national sales team, emphasizes high-touch client care, and requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing, real estate sales or consultative sales.
• Ability to manage high volumes of interactions with quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects through leasing funnel stages.
• Re-engage stalled or disengaged prospects to move toward application.
• Assist with home selections and tour scheduling across markets.
• Collaborate with Elise AI and national sales team to optimize occupancy.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and high standards of client care.
• Coordinate with operations and applications teams to advance leasing.
