Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience required.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager to maintain and execute a sales and marketing strategy.
• Coach and train leasing consultants to reach community goals.
• Address customer concerns with timely, professional service.
• Develop programs to maximize revenue and improve resident experience.
• Support residents through move-ins, renewals, and transfers.
