Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) in Plano, Texas, to lead the leasing team and elevate resident experiences. You will help set sales goals, coach leasing consultants, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in hotel, retail or restaurant environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience is required.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager to maintain and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Coach leasing consultants to achieve community goals and lease apartment homes.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support move-ins, renewals, moves, and resident transfers.
• Plan and execute resident events to foster positive community connections.
