Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Pine Brook, New Jersey, seeks a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead our leasing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional resident experiences.

You will assist the Community Manager with sales goals, coach staff, handle lease processes, and ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies while planning resident events and maximizing revenue.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant environments.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience required.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in maintaining and executing an effective sales/marketing strategy and coaching leasing consultants.
• Lease apartment homes and convert prospect leads; present and educate residents on community information.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in development/monitoring programs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Support residents during move-in, lease renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Plan and execute resident activities and events to foster positive community connections.
