Job summary

MAA is seeking a Sales and Leasing Manager to lead leasing and prospect engagement across multiple apartment communities. You will supervise leasing teams, coordinate tours, drive lead recovery campaigns, and partner with digital marketing to optimize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer experience, and the ability to manage concurrent leasing campaigns and reports. A valid driver’s license and relocation flexibility support market travel.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of leasing and/or sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience or equivalent training required.
• Driver’s license from state of residence and reliable transportation required for travel within the market.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises leasing and prospect engagement teams across a designated property portfolio, delegating tasks and coaching performance.
• Oversees daily leasing operations to ensure personalized leasing experiences.
• Coordinates regional leasing contests, specials, and marketing initiatives with regional teams and asset management.
• Delivers regular performance reports to track progress, tour volume, and leasing outcomes.
• Maintains knowledge base and collaborates with teams using digital tools to coordinate tasks.
