Responsibilities

• Own leasing performance across all properties from lead intake through executed lease.
• Review weekly leasing metrics and identify gaps in conversion.
• Conduct regular property visits to assess leasing quality.

• Lead structured, recurring performance calls with leasing staff.
• Perform ongoing market comps analysis (pricing, concessions, finishes, amenities, positioning).
• Partner with leadership to set pricing strategy and renewal guidance.
• Balance occupancy, revenue growth, and retention through data-backed decisions.
• Review all listings and advertising weekly for accuracy, quality, and effectiveness.
• Improve ad copy, imagery, and positioning to attract stronger leads.
• Monitor ILS performance and marketing spend; adjust budgets based on ROI.
• Track traffic, source performance, and conversion metrics.
• Utilize technology and AI-driven tools to increase visibility and lead quality.
• Coordinate with property management to minimize downtime and vacancy.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements across leasing workflows.
