Job summary

Urban Land Co. is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the onsite leasing team and drive occupancy across communities. You’ll build relationships with prospective residents, conduct tours, and shepherd applicants through the leasing process, while mentoring consultants to sharpen their sales and service skills.

You’ll work closely with the Property Manager to align renewal strategies, improve occupancy metrics, and maintain the community’s high standards and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous property management and leasing experience is required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential.
• Sales-driven, people-first mindset with excellent communication.
• Ability to deliver strong customer service to residents and prospects.
• Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Leasing Performance. Take ownership of leasing activity and help achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
• Lead the Leasing Team. Coach and support Leasing Consultants to improve sales techniques and follow-up.
• Own the Prospect Experience. Build relationships, conduct tours, understand needs, and guide through leasing.
• Manage Leads & Follow-Up. Respond quickly and maintain accurate prospect activity in systems.
• Support Renewal & Retention Efforts. Collaborate with the Property Manager on renewal strategies.
• Monitor Leasing Results. Track occupancy, conversions, renewals, and KPIs for improvement.
• Keep the Team Accountable. Ensure processes and standards are followed consistently.
• Know Your Market. Stay informed about competitors, pricing, and local trends.
• Deliver Excellent Resident Service. Build relationships and respond promptly to questions.
• Maintain High Standards. Keep models, vacancies, and spaces tour-ready.
• Collaborate with Property Leadership. Support operations and resident satisfaction.
