Job summary

MAA is seeking a Market Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations and financial performance across assigned apartment communities. You will deliver personalized leasing experiences, escort prospects to multiple locations, conduct post-tour follow-ups, and ensure a smooth application process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales, leasing, and/or customer service experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the market and between communities to conduct tours.

Responsibilities

• Meets prospects at designated communities and leads tours, escorting to additional locales as needed.
• Connects prospects' wants with community features, handles objections, and requests lease applications.
• Performs post-tour follow-ups to reinforce leasing decisions and coordinate with the engagement team.
• Ensures accurate and timely application processing and communicates next steps with centralized processing.
• Supports multiple properties within a region, maintains knowledge of all communities and tours video tours.
• Maintains safety and property aesthetics, adheres to varied work schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Collaborates with team using digital tools to coordinate tasks and share updates.
