Job summary

The Leasing / Sales Consultant at Greystar is responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewals strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community's lifestyle offering.

You will use CRM and on-site management software to track leads, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s preferred in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum experience in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly; explain apartment features and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals; greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Record prospect information at move-in and maintain accurate data.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
