Cortland is seeking a Leasing & Sales Consultant for its Fort Worth community to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive sales and exceptional resident engagement. You will combine consultative selling with a concierge-level experience, turning prospects into residents and building lasting relationships that support Cortland’s premium brand.

Qualifications

6+ months of sales, customer-facing, or performance-driven experience preferred.
Desire to succeed in a goal-oriented, fast-paced sales environment.
Confident, persuasive, and people-focused with ability to build rapport.
Coachable and resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Motivated by targets, results, and earning potential; comfortable with goals.
Organized with follow-up, time management, and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM systems to track leads and interactions.
Professional, polished, and brand-aligned in appearance.

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy and revenue by achieving and exceeding leasing goals, KPIs, and pipeline health.
Manage the sales pipeline; follow up promptly, nurture prospects, and close leases.
Use consultative selling to uncover needs and present solutions.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for interactions.
Monitor and report on lead activity and conversion metrics.
Plan and execute resident events and engagement programs.
Represent the community as an ambassador of Cortland lifestyle.
