Acima LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service at a partner store location. You will process lease applications, promote Acima’s leasing options, and help convert customers from applications to approved leases.

The role involves collaboration with retail partners, handling credit turn-downs, and contributing to daily store operations. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable in-person attendance required.

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
