Acima LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and managing accounts at a partner store location. You will assist with credit turn-down processing, promote leasing benefits, and help convert applications while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves working with Acima retail partners, reviewing lease applications, and assisting in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with leasing industry practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Convert lease applications and oversee in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report performance to the Store Manager.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
