Qualifications

• Must have proven sales prospecting and lead generation experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for building dealer relationships.
• Ability to translate customer needs into effective rental and lease solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the location for all rental and lease customers.
• Increase sales of all product lines while strengthening relationships with current customers.
• Initiate cold calling, direct mail, sales blitz and telemarketing to promote maintenance, rental and lease lines.
• Set times for weekly sales blitz in assigned area and market to local business partners.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into active customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and coworkers to influence outcomes.
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain current customers’ needs while promoting the Bruckner name.
• Coordinate safety meetings and driver meetings as requested by customers.
• Assist with PM compliance by contacting customers to schedule service with the service department.
• Create rental contracts and ensure timely processing so customers are not left waiting.
• Support monthly LMS training and collaborate with all departments in the dealership.
• Provide timely reports and maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks.
