Bruckners is seeking a Leasing Account Manager to oversee the location for rental and lease customers and to drive sales across our product lines while building strong relationships with current customers.

The role focuses on marketing activities, lead generation, and account management, with responsibilities spanning contract creation, administration, and coordination with service teams to maintain rental operations.

Responsibilities

• Marketing initiatives: initiate cold calling, direct mail, sales blitz and telemarketing to promote Contract Maintenance, Rental and Lease product lines.
• Set times and dates for weekly sales blitz in the assigned area and market to local business partners.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects to active customers and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers.
• Communicate and interact with customers, vendors and co-workers, using proper sales techniques to solve problems.
• Deliver superior customer service, manage invoice disputes, and promote the company philosophy positively.
• Assit with PM compliance, service coordination, daily yard/sub reports, and contract administration.
