Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to generate leases, greet prospects, and support resident satisfaction across our communities in Las Vegas. You will tours, explain floor plans and pricing, and process applications to help occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and closing skills, solid organizational ability, and availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and community policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
