Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to generate leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience. You will support resident satisfaction and help the community achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, tours, explaining terms, processing applications, maintaining records, assisting move-ins/renewals, and participating in marketing events to promote the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and closing skills essential.
• Organizational skills and follow-through required.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct tours tailored to prospect needs and explain terms.
• Process applications and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead and prospect records in the property management system.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach and events.
