Bridges on Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to drive leasing activity, greet prospects, and support resident satisfaction while helping the community reach occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include tours, explaining floor plans and terms, processing applications, maintaining PM system records, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• Able to work weekends as needed.
• Experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and community policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
