Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle at our Phoenix community. You will conduct tours, process applications, and help drive resident retention through proactive outreach.

You will coordinate leasing, renewals, and relations with residents and vendors, while maintaining precise records and supporting occupancy and revenue goals. Excellent communication is essential for success in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
