Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role includes showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and signing leases, with daily on-site attendance.

You will handle leasing paperwork, assist with audits and turn processes, maintain prospect data, and respond to leads within 24 hours to drive closing ratios and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software and systems.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
