Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role requires strong sales and customer-service skills, knowledge of marketing tools, and proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi, onsite at our communities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State and local licenses/certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and sign leases.
• Screen credit/background checks and prepare move-in packages.
• Maintain move-in ready show units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Track leasing activity and manage resident data in the PM system.
• Support lease renewals by notifying renewing residents and preparing renewal packages.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate resolutions.
