Job summary

Greystar in the United States is seeking a motivated leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Required licenses or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition.
• Stays informed about market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community and referrals.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Inspects show units to meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to finalize lease decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
