Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins.

You will track traffic and leasing activities using OneSite/Yardi, inspect show units, and implement short- and long-term plans to maximize occupancy and revenue. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate marketing and leasing activities.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents and manage applications and background checks.
• Schedule showings and tours; ensure move-in ready apartments.
• Execute renewal letters and packages for existing residents.
• Maintain marketing materials and show units to maximize occupancy.
