Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.

You will monitor market conditions, craft short- and long-term marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data. The role supports renewal processes to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to maintain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Drive traffic to the community through referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
