Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also implement marketing plans, monitor market conditions, and use OneSite or Yardi to track data, perform showings, and support renewal activities. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement short/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community; use online tools.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with letters and packages.
• Respond to resident/owner questions promptly and document requests.
