Greystar is seeking a part-time Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at one of its Wisconsin communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will monitor market conditions, implement plans to sustain occupancy, and drive renewals with proactive outreach. The role requires on-site presence, valid driver's license for golf-cart operations, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Coordination of marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Greeting, qualifying prospects, and leading tours to drive lease signings.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
