Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multi‑family community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and timely lease renewals while coordinating tours, applications, and move‑in processes.

You will use on‑site property software to track leases and traffic, ensuring show units meet company standards. A valid driver's license is required for golf cart operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready, coordinating with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow programs to boost occupancy.
