Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and assemble move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will also drive off-site marketing, analyze market trends, renew leases, and maintain safety and property standards. Weekend availability is required; typical site hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable presenting property features and handling applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Perform lease renewals and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site marketing efforts to drive traffic to the property.
