Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will engage prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, manage applications, and support occupancy goals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance community engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing and customer service background to resolve concerns and complete records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain features and answer questions.
• Strong numeric and data interpretation skills for metrics and reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and finalize leases.
• Lead management and CRM tracking to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Support renewal processes and communicate with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator and teams to enhance resident engagement.
