Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will inspect units, monitor market conditions, design marketing plans, manage data in OneSite or Yardi, and handle lease renewals and resident inquiries with a focus on excellent service.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in; coordinates maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Keeps informed about market conditions; develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities; uses online tools to drive traffic.
• Tracks availability and leasing data in property management software.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and preps leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal processes and communications with renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident and owner concerns and documents requests.
