Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to lead the leasing and resident experience at one of our properties. You will be instrumental in driving sales, coordinating the team, and delivering outstanding customer service to prospective residents and current tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Must enjoy interacting with people and closing deals with at least a 20% closing ratio.
