Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant who delivers exceptional customer service and drives occupancy in a fast-paced community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins and renewals with accuracy and discretion.

You will be organized, sales-minded, and comfortable using Yardi for data entry and reporting, working with the Community Director to support marketing efforts and events that foster a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to manage tours, leases, and renewals with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact professionally with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Welcome and assist residents and customers via walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.
• Guide scheduled and unscheduled property tours.
• Prepare lease and renewal documents.
• Assist in coordinating resident events and maintenance requests.
• Record data timely and accurately using Yardi.
• Support property marketing and update ads/listings as needed.
