Indigo Real Estate Services is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant to join our Hawaii property portfolio. The right candidate is highly organized, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service and building a welcoming sense of community for residents and prospects.

Responsibilities include coordinating rentals, tours, leases, and renewals; managing data in Yardi; supporting marketing efforts and events; and providing responsive, professional communication

Qualifications

• Coordination of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Welcoming, helpful presence to all current and prospective residents.
• Professional responsiveness to walk-in, telephone and e-mail inquiries.
• Guiding scheduled and unscheduled tours of the property.
• Preparing lease and lease renewal documentation.
• Assist in coordination of resident/community events and gatherings.
• Assist in coordination of resident/community maintenance service requests.
• Timely, accurate recording of required data using Yardi Property Management software.
• Prepare and generate documents and reports, manage routine processes and correspondence.
• Collaborate to support property marketing strategies.
• Assist in coordination and updates to advertisements and listings via third-party ILS.
• General administrative support for the Community Director, and other duties as assigned.
• Timely, accurate recordkeeping to ensure property compliance according to affordable housing standards.
