Job summary

Chestnut Hill Realty, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Professional to greet prospective residents, learn their needs, show apartments and guide them to lease paperwork. You’ll build lasting relationships and help achieve high resident satisfaction and retention.

You may handle monthly admin tasks, work at multiple sites, and must be able to work one weekend day. A vehicle is required and MS Office skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales or customer service preferred.
• Must own a vehicle.
• Able to work one weekend day.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Interested in meeting and connecting with people and learning.

The Resident Service Professional is often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select a Chestnut Hill Realty apartment as their home. Making residents feel at home is an important aspect of your position, with responsibilities that include maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and retention. Make a difference in our communities by lending a hand at various sites and creating lasting connections with residents and team members.

As a Resident Services Professional, You Will

• Build relationships with prospective residents, identify needs, show apartments, overcome objections, and close the deal by obtaining the lease paperwork.
• May share in the responsibility of completing monthly administrative tasks in an orderly and timely manner to ensure the property’s paperwork is organized and complete.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Must be able to work one weekend day.
• 2-3 years of sales experience and/or customer service background preferred.
• Don’t have apartment leasing experience? Don’t worry! All you need to be successful is to be interested in meeting and connecting with all types of people and the desire to learn.
• Must be team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion
• Must have a customer service orientation with problem solving mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn and operate company software programs
• Must own a vehicle

The salary range for this role is $23.00-25.00 hourly along with an additional incentive structure, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
