Mill Creek Residential in Miami, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering outstanding service and sales excellence. You will guide guests through home selection and support residents throughout residency.

The role collaborates with the Community/Manager, handles applications, data entry in Entrata and Yardi, maintains show homes, and participates in marketing and social media efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in multi-family rentals or hospitality is a plus.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects warmly and determine needs and preferences.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Process lease applications and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up on non-leasing prospects.
• Support move-ins and assist with renewals and resident transfers.
• Keep show homes in impeccable condition and maintain staging.
• Enter accurate data into Entrata/Yardi and generate leasing reports.
