Job summary

Mill Creek Residential in Queen Creek, AZ seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for residents and prospects. You will guide visitors through the leasing process, present the community, and support residents from move-in through renewal with a sales-driven mindset.

You will manage leads, verify applications, and maintain accurate data in Entrata/Yardi while collaborating with the Community Manager to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with a sales focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and build rapport.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and assist with verification.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leased leads.
• Enter data into information systems and prepare leasing reports.
• Maintain a clean, market-ready office and model homes.
• Support marketing efforts and social media as directed.
