Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, and following up.
• Maintain leasing paperwork and conduct market surveys weekly.
• Respond promptly to prospect leads (within 24 hours).
• Provide excellent resident relations and address concerns.
