Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role requires onsite presence, showing units, signing leases, and handling applications and turnover tasks to meet leasing goals.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. The position offers full-time hours with a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork and close the sale; schedule appointments and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and hit leasing goals.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and community events.
