AOG Living seeks a Leasing Associate to marketing, lease, and maintain positive resident relations across our properties. The role focuses on achieving high occupancy and strong resident retention through excellent customer service and sales skills.

The position reports to the Community Manager or Regional Property Supervisor. Strong knowledge of market trends and on-site software is required to drive traffic and complete leasing processes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents.
• Demonstrate ability to apply sales skills (generating leads, presenting, qualifying, closing).
• Mathematical skills to calculate prorated rents, deposits, etc.
• Proficiency in using property management software (ResMan) and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects; tour property and amenities.
• Record all traffic and applications according to Company policy.
• Ensure lease and move-in processes follow Company policy.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability.
• Design marketing plans and activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Complete outreach marketing and record all marketing efforts.
