Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across our community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects in person, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages for a smooth lease sign-off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screenings, and prepare lease packages.
• Designs offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property and implements referral programs.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to adjust plans and improve occupancy and revenue.
