Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects in person and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure smooth move-in and lease signing for new residents.
• Design and execute off-site marketing to drive traffic.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans.
• Handle lease renewals and respond to resident questions.
