Job summary

The Albright in Austin, TX, is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies, aiming to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, show apartments, review applications, and manage move-ins, while maintaining show unit quality and following brand standards.

You will also track traffic and leasing activity in on-site software, collaborate with maintenance, and support renewal programs, with a schedule that may include evenings

Qualifications

• Must have licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screening.
• Ensure move-in ready apartments and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic and leasing data.
• Prepare leasing documents and renewals; follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
