Job summary

Greystar in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to align marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to hit occupancy, revenue, and resident-retention targets. You will manage leasing to new residents and support satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key duties include tours, applications, credit checks, lease packages, move‑ins, unit inspections, and using OnSite/Yardi to track traffic and demographics for smarter marketing.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showings, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease documents.
• Coordinating move-ins and ensuring smooth lease sign‑offs; inspecting apartments prior to occupancy.
• Developing and executing short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Tracking traffic, leasing activities, and resident data using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Managing lease renewals and communicating with residents to ensure satisfaction and on-time renewals.
