Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize AMS/software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; meet with renewing residents.
