Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across a vibrant Austin community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining show-ready units.

You will stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, and work with maintenance and leasing staff to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. This is an onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases.
• Familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor occupancy, implement marketing plans, and drive traffic to the community.
