Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Sales & Resident Experience Consultant) to lead a team in driving leasing success and exceptional resident experiences at our properties. You will engage prospective residents, showcase models, and maintain a professional leasing office atmosphere.

The role requires energy, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt to market conditions while collaborating with the Property Manager on marketing and resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.
• Be fun! Have energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to drive property performance and resident experience.
• Tour routes and models; ensure showrooms look their best.
• Maintain professional resident communications and customer service.
• Contribute ideas to marketing property and improving resident satisfaction.
