Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Love people and seal the deal with a closing ratio of at least 20%.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office and common areas for prospective residents and residents.
• Be an inspector; ensure tour routes and models look their best.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and current residents and team members.
• Maintain exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail.
