Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the property manager and oversee leasing staff.
• Coordinate retention activities and manage collections.
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes and lease renewals.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Complete administrative tasks and back-up for team members as needed.
