Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of multi-family property management.
• Knowledge of applicable laws.
• Proficiency with RealPage, OneSite and YieldStar.

Responsibilities

• Support all community operations and activities.
• Communicate with residents and collect rent.
• Organize tours and coordinate with service team.
• Manage leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Lead resident retention and renewal efforts.
