Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase property traffic and leads.
• Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours/leases.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and follow-up on renewal notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and market competition in the area.
• Prepare lease paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
• Receive calls and visits; listen to resident requests and concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with prospects and residents.
• Manage and resolve resident concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance; inform residents and follow up.
• Participate in outreach marketing to attract prospective residents.
• Conduct market surveys of competing communities.
• Maintain open communication with Property Manager.
